-How Does Profhilo® Work?
Ultra-pure hyaluronic acid is carefully injected into the targeted area. Unlike wrinkle-reducing injections or traditional dermal fillers, Profhilo® works by stimulating collagen and elastin production while drawing moisture to the deeper layers of the skin.
As a stabilized product, Profhilo® offers longer-lasting benefits than non-stabilized gels. Its slow release of hyaluronic acid triggers the stimulation of four types of collagen and elastin, leading to significant tissue improvement. -Does it hurt?
The injections may cause a slight stinging sensation, but any discomfort is generally mild and short-lived. Post-treatment tenderness may last for 24 to 72 hours.
How many treatments are needed?
An initial course of 2–3 treatments spaced four weeks apart is recommended. Maintenance treatments are suggested every six months.
